Move Well. Rest Well. Play Well.
My mission is to help individuals, families, and groups see the possibilities in everyday life and discover how movement, play, connection, and moments of calm can support development, growth and well-being throughout life. Through education and simple, practical tools, I aim to empower you to weave these experiences into everyday moments.

Something New is Growing...
We will be exploring a new way of bringing together movement, nervous system awareness, connection, play, and development.
Play • Stay • Grow is an emerging framework designed to help caregivers see the developmental possibilities in everyday life. Families and caregivers will discover simple ways to support children through movement, play, connection, and moments of calm.
We will begin with young children (birth through age 5) and the adults who care for them, while continuing to explore where these ideas can take us across the lifespan.
Stay connected as this next chapter takes shape.
