Lisa is a licensed trauma-informed physical therapist, a yoga instructor, a myofascial release practitioner, and an educator of the human nervous system and understanding its connection to mental health.  She leads group and private Therapeutic Movement classes that blend exercises from the professional disciplines noted.   • This first step of learning the foundations of Therapeutic Movement will set the stage for you wanting to learn more. With new awareness and understanding of basic theory , you'll be ready to take any weekly classes. No experience needed.

  • Classes offer a personalized instruction within a small group setting. The themed lesson plans include mindful movement exploration and relaxing still poses that can easily be integrated into daily and fitness routines.

  • Private coaching offers a custom lesson plan for clients seeking greater mobility, pain relief, and/or therapeutic support in removing barriers to increasing physical activity.

  • Private MFR sessions can target structural connective tissue restrictions leading to improved body awareness, greater ease with movement, and more balance posture.
